Tämä tutkielma on kirjallisuuskatsauksena toteutettu kandidaatintutkielma, jossa tutustutaan digitaalisten palveluiden asiakasuskollisuuteen. Tutkielmas-sa etsitään kirjallisuuskatsauksen avulla asiakasuskollisuuden ilmenemismuo-toja digitaalisissa palveluissa ja asiakasuskollisuuden aikaansaavia tekijöitä.
